  • Resumo: I thought this would be a good upgrade for my AMD A6-3500 and I was wrong! ... This processor is slower, and more power hungry ... I ran with it for a while and just switched back to my A6 and things are all fine again! It was worth a try I guess but a total system upgrade would have been better ..

  • Resumo: I have a computer that is 3 years old and was a low end store bought computer. I have upgraded the RAM once got a slight performance boost. I decided to upgrade the CPU and found this small gem. This APU is wonderful! It has handled almost everything thrown at it.

Defective processor

  • Resumo: Not sure if I got the bad used processor of the bunch, but mine def did not work - I double checked, it was compatible with MB, bios was current etc. Plugged old CPU back in and it worked fine, so returning this, going to just buy new computer instead.
