Resumo: It has two hard drives- one small (C) & one larger (D). What was not disclosed was any software would be loaded on the small drive. I have to be cautious when loading any new software & most times intentionally load them on the bigger drive.
Resumo: I bought my ASUS a year ago and have lost my hard drive 3 times. I've sent it to ASUS where they wiped my hard drive clean (without asking), called them many times and filled out 3 feedback papers telling them how much I hate this computer. They have never contacted me.
Resumo: It's a good computer, nice and stable, and it has win7 which I wanted. The screen is the largest I've ever had, and that's something of a luxury.
Resumo: .....but no wireless card??? The touchscreen works well, is not as picky as some of the capacitive, or annoying as the resistive screens. It's quick enough to handle Windows 8, but doesn't come with it, unfortunately.
Poor support. Poor Quality control, Definitely not people orientated!

Resumo: I bought this computer in July of 2012. I have had a few problems with it but none I couldn't surmount. UNTIL YESTERDAY. I happened to notice that my hard drive had been partitioned from the factory as most of them do.
Resumo: Mainly I use this for consulting and working on my masters degree and it's been great. Some people have complained about the files being saved to the D drive. I setup our users on the D drive and it hasn't been a problem at all. The libraries point right to where the user is setup.
Prós: Large screen Touch screen is really nice Solid performance 2-year warranty
Cons: Integrated graphics Can't open it to upgrade without voiding the warranty DVD drive is a little awkward to use
Resumo: add to my previous review comments. Just re-read the manufacturers product description on newegg. Specs say it has I5 processor 2gb more mem and a hard drive twice the size...Hope that's the one Asus sends back to me!!!
Resumo: Asus tech help desk offered some help with suggesting new drivers etc. Nothing helped but the helpers on the phone were extremely polite and professional. I even loaded Win 8 Pro into the machine thinking it was all about touch..No help. Sent to Asus for warranty repair on my dime.
Prós: Touchscreen, touchscreen, big touch screen!! All in 1! Attractive to the eye and some nice features from Asus that are fun. Got it at The Egg for $649 in July 2012
Cons: Early November areas of the screen started to become unresponsive to TOUCH. The main reason I purchased it for my wife's new business.
Resumo: always trusted asus products, this was a gift for someone will see how it works out int he long run.
Prós: Arrived early in good condition quick setup Very Big Screen non slip
Cons: no physical media with windows or asus tools all on 2nd hardrive. Primary install harddrive direction is system hardrive at only 100mb 3 partitions
Resumo: This is my first all in one computer. So far it has exceeded my expectations. The screen is great, love the 3.0 port as they are so much faster than the 2.0. This replace a Dell desktop and the performance of unit far exceeds that of the Dell.
