Conclusão: Although the NZXT H2 Silent Classic Mid-Tower PC Chassis is a bit plain looking compared to some of NZXT’s other PC cases it still is a nice looking case for those who don’t want clear panels and/or lots of LEDs. Its black monolithic style gives it an industrial appearance.
Resumo: Being that silence is golden, it’s no wonder that so many people go out of their way to make sure their PC runs as quiet as possible. Pulling that off can be made a lot easier with the right chassis, however, and of them all, NZXT’s H2 is one of the best.
Resumo: The NZXT H2 has piqued the interest of many computer enthusiasts for its combination of clean looks, accommodating internals, and attention to noise levels. While the "Silent" part of its title might be something of a misnomer, the case does offer good value for money.
Conclusão: Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with the NZXT H2 Classic case, especially as it’s currently $99.99 on Newegg and Amazon . It delivers on its claims of quiet computing, and with mesh filters to keep dust out and good cable management, it’s a good setup for clean airflow—especially if the case is...
Prós: Good features, such as SATA bay, 3-speed fan controller, and removable front fans, Quiet and dust-free computing thanks to noise dampening and mesh filters, Clean and classy aesthetics, Great value at $99.99
Cons: Clunky tool-less HDD tray design makes installing and removing drives a chore, Instruction manual is very lightweight and unhelpful, Would prefer extra fans built-in rather than an aftermarket option
Conclusão: The test results for the NZXT H2 are disappointing. This is a case I was particularly looking forward to checking out because it looked like quite a find: quiet, efficient cases can be hard to come by at the $99 price point.
Conclusão: Though the NZXT H2 Classic may not have been a top performer in our stress testing, one aspect that we do not test in our reviews is noise. Adding this as a comparison, the H2 Classic would have certainly come out on top when put against the other comparison cases in this evaluation.
Prós: Quiet, Stylish, Overhead, integrated hard drive dock, 5-channel, 3-speed fan controller, Lots of room behind motherboard tray for wires
Cons: Restrictive airflow around intake fans, Closed-off motherboard area makes wire management a little challenging
