  • Conclusão: Antec hat mit dem Twelve Hundred nicht nur einfach den Vorgänger in Groß herausgebracht sondern diesen gekonnt verbessert. So besticht das Gehäuse nicht nur durch ein enormes Platzangebot und ein gutes Belüftungskonzept, sondern auch durch eine hohe Verarbeitungsqualität und schickes Design.
  • Prós: sechs regelbare Lüfter im Lieferumfang vorhanden, Staubschutzfilter vor allen einsaugenden Lüftern vorhanden, großes Platzangebot und daraus resultierende sehr leichte Montage, sehr hohe Verarbeitungsqualität, Ausschnitte für Kabelmanagement im Mainboardschlitten vorhanden
  • Cons: Position des Netzteils ungünstig, recht hohes Gewicht, bei unserem Testsample beschädigtes Seitenfenster

  • Resumo: Med Twelve Hundred erbjuder Antec ett starkt alternativ till det något mindre Nine Hundred. Förutom storlek och vikt skiljer sig modellerna från varandra på en del punkter. Till exempel är insidan på Nine Hundred inte svartmålad och Firewire-porten har på Twelve Hundred ersatts med E-SATA.

  • Conclusão: When I received the case it didn't take me long, I had to remove it from its shipping container. The box art for the Twelve Hundred simply blew me away. I love Antec's approach to retail box art, the smart companies know there is a psychological aspect to buying and they hit the nail on the head.
  • Prós: Attractive looks, Great cooling, Very strong construction, Ample cable management, Size: nice spacious interior
  • Cons: Weight, Inconvenient HDD caddy removal, lack of options for bottom fan PSUs, Size: It's just huge!

  • Conclusão: The Antec 900 was an amazing case, they only improved on it when they designed the Twelve Hundred. I don’t think you could ask for a better case for air cooling, atleast short of an open air case (and they are coming out with that very soon).
